Geranium leaf turning yellow - picture attached

Hi,
I have got 2 trailing geraniums. One is fine but the other plant's leaf is turning yellow. Please help.
It flowered once and has a bud too. I have attached the picture for reference. The plant is in full light and gets morning Sun.
