Should I move G. Rozanne before winter?

I have a new G. 'Rozanne' planted in a spot that holds moisture. It has loved the moisture this summer but I am worried about it having wet feet all winter. I am in zone 6 (USA). Our temps get down below 20F/-15C with little or no snow cover in a normal winter. Can it withstand being damp all winter or should I move it now?

difficult question. If your first frosts are weeks away and the soil is still warm I ouls move it now.
