got bulbils, now what?

| Like to start some of these under lights this winter--looking for any/all advice. Cover with soil? How long for germination (do bulbils germinate?) Temp, etc. Since we're talking about vegitative propagation here, they must come true to the parent, yes?

| I'm a bit new to true geraniums. I didn't know they got bulbils. Cool!! I would think they'd be true. |
