Begonia's Plant Repair

Begonia - you need to remove the lower row of leaves with pale petioles - and whatever I circled - seems like suckers to me. After that I would cover a plant with a dome, baggie whatever - and let it be. The suckering is a result of a stress cause by removal of many leaves. You just need to let it recover and stop stressing the plant.
Too mach TLC can be lethal.

But it will come back
