there is a discussion on AV part of the forum - and there are several suggestions on what to do. You can do search on AV forum to look back on what was recommended before.

Streps are more resistant to PM than AVs. I would trim the most affected leaves - do some treatment - out of what was recommended - skip Lysol, it is not helping anymore - and check what is your humidity/temperature range during 24 hours. It is not good to have big temperature difference between day and night, streps like it under 70F, and I do not think they need humidity above 50%.
