Streptocarpus yellow green leaves

I have 3 different plants - none are blooming- now even though they were blooming summer thru early fall. One almost died in November from overwatering but has well recovered. Now it's leaves, which are healthy and firm in every other way, came back a bright green- almost, but not quite a yellow green instead of the dark green they once were.

I feed and care for them using info from specific Strep sites.(the violet barn) I use a very dilute Peter's 20-20-20. Half the time people are saying not to feed in the winter and the rest say everytime you water. I use a grow light and keep them out of sun. Also could someone recommend a few specific premixed soils for them that I could just buy of a shelf?
