| I've never heard of this cultivar name. I wonder if it isn't a bad name. Where did you see the name? And, do you have a plant? The only other possibility is that John Boggan from the Smithsonian Botany Dept. did a cross of Alsobia punctata x A. sp. 'Chiapas'. But, I thought this plant was lost. I don't think it ever was given a name. However, one person who grew the plant is Ron Myhr in the Toronto area. Perhaps such a plant is circulating in Canada? You might email John at the Smithsonian to see what he thinks. Jon, plant detective ;) |
