Sinningia pusilla seed pod maturity?

My plants are developing their first seedpods, so I'm not sure how to guage their maturity. I've been told 6 weeks total, but it's been about 6 weeks since pollination, and the pods are ~3mm long and quite green. How long for the color change, and then dryness? I'd like to pick them just before they burst if possible without compromising the seeds.
Thanks!
