This quotation is from the 1999 Streptocarpus Register, published by AGGS. It is the official register for streps. This description notes the original source of publication (catalogs and lists) and what was said. So, no hybridizer is noted. It may be Oglevee or it may be that 'Hera' comes from another source. I thought, off hand, before I looked it up, that is was one of the Michelson (spelling?) series. It has a beautiful flower of a good red color which is very nicely edged in white--one of the prettiest streps.
