How do you propogate a Florist Gloxinia from leaf cuttings? Are there basically a set of instructions someone can give me? When is the best time to take the cutting? Okay to do while in bloom or do it while the plant is dormant and not flowering? Does it matter?

About how long does it take for the new leaf to root and start growing into a new plant?
