Does this gloxinia need pruning? (pic)

I think this gloxinia is dormant now. Took off last dead flowers a few days ago. I have noticed some browning and leaf damage. Should it be pruned? How should it be done?

Well--it still has green leaves, so it isn't dormant. You could, if you wish, remove, for instance, that somewhat battered leaf on the right in you picture. Basically, foliage feeds the tuber. A healthy tuber is important for re-bloom. As long as it is growing and healthy, I would keep it going. When it wants to go dormant it will (leaves will brown and dry up.) Then you can let it rest until it starts to grow again.
