variegated streptocarpus

| I have about 15 varieties of streps. However, I have been able to find only 3 with variegated leaves... Canterbury Surprise, Snow Rose Memory and Texas Twilight. Can anyone point me to a source (catalog, internet site etc.) where I can find more. Suggestions as to named varieties would be appreciated as well! Thanks! |

| Hi, Playin: I buy chiritas from KathyStrep on eBay. However, as you can tell from her eBay moniker, Streps are her love. I can highly recommend Kathy as a seller. Take a look at her auctions; including the completed ones. If Kathy doesn't have anything, I'm sure she can point you in the right direction. She's on her way to the AVSA Convention so it may take a bit to get back with you. You can email her directly from her auctions. Or, you can send me an email and I'll send it to you. | Thanks Linda, I do recognize the name from Ebay. I don't think she has auctioned any variegates but I had not thought of checking with her to see if she could give me info on getting them. I'll try that. And I'll keep watching Ebay. I thought streps were a well-kept secret but the word seems to be spreading via Ebay and I expect more varieties will be seen there. However seeing what some of them are bid up to, well, you would rather be the seller than the buyer! |

| Hi, You can also find Iced Pink Flamingo occasionally on ebay and at Rob's Violet Barn. There is also a Yahoo Group called Variegated Streps that you can join to find others who have them. Good luck! -Mo (WV) |
