If the blooms have finished it is getting ready to sleep for awhile. Take off a few leaves and put in soil or water and maybe you will get a tuber, a growth that will develop into a new plant.

Meanwhile this plant should sit in its pot with no leaves. Give water. It should start making little growths which should be taken off to make a new plant.
