overwinter

Hey guys,

I have a Sinningia Darth Vader plant. I have absolutely no idea how to overwinter a plant, and google is not helping. I read somewhere about storing it in a cool dry place. Do I just put the whole plant away? Or do I need to prune it? Do I cut everything off above the tuber? Or just cut off the leaves at the stem? Or trim nothing? I read that you can put the tuber in a ziplock with a little moist perlite. So, again, do I cut everything off? Or should I keep everything as is, and just store it away, and it will come back to life later?

Detailed responses would be hugely appreciated! I'm so confused!
