I got some new (to me) chiritas about six months ago, and this was one of them. I had the impression that this was a small grower, but it has out-paced all the others, and I'm wondering just how big I can expect this to grow. I like it a lot, but I'm not sure it would be of great interest to people who just grow houseplants in general, so I haven't started one yet for my plant-exchange club. I've given them sp. 'New York', which is a much heavier bloomer so far for me and a much bigger plant (but then I've had it for years!) Does anyone here grow it? Can you tell me if I should put it in a bigger pot than the 4" one it's in now? It looks awfully crowded, which I understand is how chiritas like to be, but maybe not this much!
