Burpee has been advertising a Steakhouse Hybrid. You might try that tomato. I do not know anything about how it does in your area, but it is definitely giant. You might also try asking in the tomato forum.
I grew the new Steakhouse tomato this year (along with others) in central Indiana. I will say that I was not impressed. But then I was not impressed with any of my other tomatoes this year either. It was a bad tomato and pepper year.
My biggest Steakhouse was 1 lb 5 oz. And I had a 1 lb 4 oz Brandywine. The only plants that produced as expected were the cherry tomatoes. Maybe next year...
