Thin skinned giant veggie growers?

I was enjoying very much looking at John's Giant Cabbage photos on Flickr and occasionaly posting a comment. I logged on today only to discover I have been blocked and some of my question have been deleted. I think if you put yourself out there with as many Web sites as John has he should be open to questions. Loosen up have some fun and quit being parnoid. Later.

Some growers hide what they learn or won't share seeds. I love sharing information and seeds with others. Sometimes you can learn new things from sharing. I bought a weather instrument this year, and took some pretty detailed measurements this year. I plan on putting all the data together and posting all of the information on my website. Maybe I will see some growth patterns compared to weather conditions. Someone may use that information to help them grow larger plants than me, but that just means I have to learn more to find a way to get an even larger plant. I also want to make it as easy as possible for someone new to growing big plants and keep their interest in growing giants.

To Brian
How awesome! I couldn't even grow a decent crop of regular veggies here in NJ because of the 4 month drought, let alone those monsters.

By the way all of that boasting and bragging by John about his giant cabbage was just another publicity stunt. He never showed but still claims to of had the biggest cabbage. Bull poop and braggers are reveled when the cabbage is put on the weight scale. The giant cabbage weigh off contest is open to all but the competition is fierce. So I hope to see you there next year? Who knows you might even take home the 2000 dollar 1st place prize but you have to enter and show up with your cabbage to be weighed. You can't e-mail it in. Later.
