Hi does anyone have seeds I can have please

HI I am from MA and new to gardening. I am starting a garden now and have nothing to plant. All I have to swap right now is pumpkin seeds from the kids. If you have any flowers, vegetables, fruits, bulbs, plants you could pass along please email me thank you so much. sunnydayssummer@aol.com

YOU CAN GET many seeds right from food stores ,for less than postage you can buy whole dried : beans ,peas, lentils , popcorn , some herbs and plant them . Save the seeds from your favorite Winter squash , melons, red tomatoes, red peppers, tomatillos soak them in a quart jar of water for 4 days the rinse them off then dry them off at 60 degrees .
