I "brought" some ginger and turmeric from overseas today .. .I will get them into pots quickly (they transplant them outside when the weather gets warmer). But before that I wanted to soak them a bit to get rid of any potential "critters" I may have brought over. (although any critters are probably suffocating in the three layers of plastic I wrapped them in.

Any opinions on what to soak them in or how long.. I am thinking neem oil for about 30 min to an hour?
