Culinary Gingers

Hi I am new to this forum. I have encountered many types of culinary gingers at our asian local malay market, namely:

1.halia merah - very similar in form to Zingiber officinale but with reddish colour rhizome.

2.halia bara - similar as above but with thicker rhizome.

3.ibu kunyit - a plant very similar to Curcuma longa but with a very distinct red stripe along the each leave's central vein.

Does anyone know what their botanical names are? Thanks in advance :)

Tim
