Your best bet for sourcing Roscoea will be to get seed. There are a number of species grown in the US but the problem is that they grow where most other gingers won't and vice versa. Ie, most Ginger collectors can't grow them so they can't be found through the normal outlets. I believe the NARGS seed exchange normally lists a few as well as cautleya spp. Worth the membership fee for the selection of seeds offered. There are numerous species, varieties , and hybrids grown in the UK. Collectors there would be an excellent source. They are beautiful plants, if they would do well here I'd already have them all. The individual flowers are some of the most impressive in the entire family.
