I am incorporating Ginger flowers into my wedding.

1. Can I water root the flower stalk with a leaf to get a plant from the arrangement?

2. I live in Orange County. Can this plant grow outdoors?

3. Can it grow indoors in a large pot?

4. What is the light requirement/ watering needs?

5. How big does this plant get? Could I plant it with plumerias?? Cymbidiums?? Would it over power plumeria?
