Peach Butterfly ginger is dying!

My peach butterfly ginger isn't doing very well. It is yellowing up from the ground. We've had a lot of rain lately. The stalks are quite weak.
Any ideas? |

Mine is doing the same here on the MS Gulf Coast. Ditto for the rain.
