I am new to this forum but I have ginger collection. I had this purple leaf ginger for years but last fall it lost all its leaves. In spring I planted the rhizomes in pots but they all rotted.What did i do wrong. Most of my collections are in pots 'cause I am afraid they might die during cold weather. The only ones in the ground are white butterfly and elizabeth. I appreciate any input. Happy gardening.!! Bellie
