Anybody know the name of this ginger

from a description.I have no longer have it and would like to replace it.It grow about 4ft tall and the stalk was sort of crooked or a curve to it.It always had a reddish/orange bloom on the top which was not very big.It actually looked like a bloom that never opened to me but it was always that way and I had it for many years.It went dormant and probably didn't come up intil May or so in my area.Any names I can research.I'd like to replace it at some point..Debbie
