Full shade, Los Angeles what ginger will work?

Hi there!

Are there gingers that will grow (and bloom!) in full shade in the LA area? And if so Â when is a good time to plant them? And maybe someone can even recommend a place where to get them from?

I would be very happy about any expert tips!
