How can I move my peacock ginger ?

| We are buildging a new house and it should be ready during the winter. How can I move the ginger? Should I pot in up now? I don't remember when it dies down completely. I want to pot it before that happens. But it doesn't come up until late May and surely we will be in our new house by then. Thanks for your help. Joannekt |
