| My gingers grow well but the leaves turn yellow and they look awful. What causes this?? Thank you.

WHat types are they? If they are Hedychiums, it may be that they are getting too much sun but not enough water. Or, too much sun, too much fertilizer and not enough water. Its been REALLY dry around Gainesville for over a week, mine had required hand watering daily. If they are Hedychiums that have already bloomed, the old stalks just may be dying off. If they are other types of gingers...? |

| Bihai, yes they are Hedychiums, butterfly gingers. They are getting plenty of water. It may be too much sun then, they are facing East and get sun mostly all day. I guess I'll try moving them to a less sunny spot next year. Thanks for your help. Suz |
