Curcuma alismatifolia 'Blue moon'

I was just wondering if anyone else had some Curcuma alismatifolia bloom, mine were pure white without a hint of blue at all. I planted these in a few different beds all blooming identical, pure white with burnt reddish tips. Although I must ad, Tim, you called it.

RE: Curcuma alismatifolia 'Blue moon'

I had one bloom in a pot. The inside flower was bluer (but still more of a purple) to start but then turned dark purple. I don't think I really expected the outside flower to be a true blue. Maybe in it's second year it will have a hint of blue on the outside flower.
Regardless I still think it is something different to add variety.

Here is a link that might be useful: Blue Moon
