Is this hardy in Zone 8? What's the height of the flowers? Does it bloom midsummer or spring?? Please help--this is a new one to me, and I need to plant it somewhere...need help deciding where!

Thanks!!: )

Don't know how hardy it is, but we have some in pots, and have had a few blooms over the past couple of months. The flowers are on a separate stalk from the base of the plant and don't extend any higher than the foliage (maybe up to a foot tall on ours, but they might get taller if planted in the ground, not sure). They seem to prefer partial shade.

Still learning on this one, but I hope this helps a little.
