I have what I was told was a Honeycomb Ginger which I grew indoors last winter without bloom. In the spring I cut back the stems because they looked pretty ratty and planted it outside. Now that fall is here and we have had our first couple frosts the ginger is just begining to show some life an has grown about 8 inches. Frost has not killed it off yet.

What should I do? Should I dig it up and plant in a container to let go dormant in the basement until spring?

Please help?
