| Can anyone give me advice on growing Etlingera Venusta from seed? It's a torch ginger called Malay Rose. I cannot find this listed in the TM Seed Germination Database. Is it a hard coat seed? Does it need pricking and soaking?

| Hi- I have germinated these from seed. I did nothing special- just stuck it in moist seed starting mix, kept it moist and humid and at about 75 degrees. It took about 30 days. Hope this helps- Gwenn |
