Tin foil, plastic wrap

| On another post plastic food wrap was brought up. Does this just go in the recycling bin with the plastic bottles, etc?
How about tin foil? What is the best way to dispose of it? I don't use much of either - just curious. |

| We can put aluminum foil in the recycle bin with the other aluminum (for example, aluminum cans), but I'm pretty sure that you can't do this everywhere, so check with your local recycling authorities. We are not supposed to put plastic wrap or plastic bags in with the plastic recycling. I don't think we're allowed to use plastic wrap in with the plastic bag recycling either -- or bags from frozen fruits and vegetables, either. |
