| My daughter was chiding me about not having a rain barrel in my garden and using it instead of town water, from the spigot. So I started searching on-line and ebentually decided to go with this little place called http://www.rain2o.com. I say little because they have just a few products but I don't know what else I would need, anyway. I got a rain barrel, diverter (or cut-off), a stand to set the barrel on, a hose connection and that was about it. Came in a week. I talked to them on the phone and they were very helpful. They called back the next day. I guess if I had anything i could say about improving them is to answer the phone when customers call but that's about it. If you put in their address and click "go" or whatever you do to start you explorer make sure you do not get the australian site, they are something else. you want the american site, just like I typed it. |
