Making my list, checking it twice for this years garden, had a good patch last year but want the best patch this year...was wondering which squash or pumpkin most folks thought had the most "ornamental and eating" quality...a couple fine gardeners mentioned Adapazari and Warsaw Buff Pie.......

Sweet Lightning is the best squash, acorn type, that I have seen. I have had people buy 1-2 to try and come back to buy 10-20 after eating the first ones. Plus they are very decorative. The seeds are alittle on the more expensive side, but definitaly worth it

Just Googled "Sweet Lighting"...your right, it's a very nice ornamental looking squash and good to eat to boot...will have to add it to my list...I think it will be better than growing the little mini pumpkins which are just ornamental....thanks
