| I'm thinking of making a gourd fountain. I know I'll have to seal the inside with something like beeswax or parifin wax. I will be carving the gourd as well as using some other techniques. As far as a the inside is concerned, what works best for holding the pump and water? Not even sure if I'll use an actual pump, or just a mister/fogger type unit, but I still need something for the water. Anyone have any experiences with doing these? Thanks! |

| Interesting project idea, fflamewalker. Have you made this yet? I'd like to see a photo when it's done. I've used beeswax on the outside of gourds to highlight and protect the design but have no idea if it would work for waterproofing the inside. |
