Hi folks -- I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this. If not, lemme know and I'll post it somewhere else.

I'm looking for recipes for pumpkin being the main dish or side dish (not dessert). We use eggs, but not meat.

We do curried pumpkin soup, pumpkin sauteed with herbs, and vegetarian ground nut stew -- but I'd love to have more ideas. Pumpkins are just such a great winter storage food, and you can't eat butternut squash every day!
