I'm interested in growing these two summer squashes this year. Is eight ball a bush plant? I recall reading that somewhere. Where would be the best place to get these seeds? I've checked out several places, but as I already have seeds for the other veggies I'm planning to grow this year, all I need are these. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks!

Both white scallops and Eight Ball zukes have about the same size plants. In really good soil maybe two feet high and 3 ft in diameter. Both are relatively popular cultivars. In this area most garden centers will have the the white bush scallop in bulk. A garden center with an extended seed display may have Eight Ball or its look alike Black Ball.

Thanks! I've orderd the eight ball, but haven't ordered the white yet...I'm trying to find a place where I won't have to pay $4 shipping for a $2 pack of seeds... Oh, do these 2 cross-pollinate easily? I will be planting them next to each other, so would I get white ball zucchinis or green scallops?

Only if you save seeds. They cross pollinate very readily, but it only shows up in the offspring.
