Transplant Winter Squash?

CrosStitching

I have a raised bed garden and planted a mixed batch of Burpee Winter Squash (Lakota, Spaghetti, Butterbush, and Early Acorn Hybrid) with the intention of growing them vertically on a 5'x15' veggie trellis. I didn't realize until AFTER planting the seeds that half the seeds were a bush variety. The bed is 6'L x 2.5'W x 2'H. I'm still guessing at this point as most of the plants only have a few true leaves, but it looks like most of what sprouted are bush variety. There are 16 squash plants in this bed. I would really hate to have to toss at least half my plants, but I've heard squash don't like their roots messed with. Can I transplant some of the squash without damaging/killing the transplants and the keepers?
The picture shows the garden, but the plants are much bigger as that was about 2 wks ago.
