you might try the saws they sell for carving jack-o-lanterns. sounds like what you`re looking for.

I'll second the pumpkin carving saws. I found I can make pretty intricate cuts using those. I used one for cutting the leaf on the gourd pictured in the link below.

I don't know if this will work but you might try it. I have a mini-jig saw and instead of buying the expense blades for the mini I use scroll saw blades and cut them into shorter pieces for the mini. The scroll saw blades just might fit an Excacto knife. If so, let me know, please.

Guess what?? They do fit I'm glad you told me about this It will get me by until my goodies arrive. What made me feel silly is I own a scroll saw and never even thought about using the blades cut in half( DUH )
