Seeds not germinating

This is my first time with squash. I put some seeds (Spaghetti Squash and Pumpkin) singly into peat pots and left them in my propagator (seed tray with clear plastic domed lid) in my living room which is kept around 20C. This is usually fine for most of my seeds. I read it takes 7-10 days for the seeds to germinate but day 10 has passed and there's no sign :( Am I fretting too soon or is this not warm enough for them? For tomatoes and peppers which I know like it warmer I put them on the shelf above the radiator in my bathroom and have had excellent germination results. Should I transfer the propagator there?
