I haven't replied earlier because this is not my strong area. I can look at a plot and tell you, easily. But I struggle to picture 29 X 25' in my mind's eye. My impression is that you could probably get by with a hill (couple of plants grown together) of each of those things, in that space. If you were to plant a row of Atlantic Giant Pumpkins, right down the middle of that plot, I doubt there'd be room for anything else.

The main concern isn't nutrients. It's space. Vine crops can get overcrowded since they sprawl so much.
