Italian Butternut

I Decided to try growing Italian Butternut this year. I was curious as to how much larger the vines are compared to a regular Butternut like Waltham.

Looks like people might not be familiar with that particular variety. That being said most squash plants are just huge. While there are semi-bush varieties of squash most vines are long. Unless that is a semi-bush variety, I'm sure it is around the same size plant as a Waltham. Is there some reason why you think it would be different?

I've heard a lot about it so i decided to buy a pack of seeds online and try them out. Unfortunately I couldn't find many specifics on the variety, I'm experienced with most Pepo varieties but the only Moschata variety I've ever really grown is the regular Butternuts. I know some varieties of Moschata like the Seminole pumpkin have a tendency to spread a lot more than most varieties so I was curious as I have limited space.
