HI I would like some information on gourds, First I don't know nothing about this so here it goes Last year I bought a lge gourd at a yard sale the thing was about the size of a basketball! I did saved some seeds, how long do they take to come up? I trew some seeds in a pot with soil hoping that they would come up, its has been 2 weeks and nothing, do I need to nick them? hot water? after they come up if they do do they need a lot of water? how long before they produce fruit (babies)? when do I cut them off the vine?
