Leaf Problem on Summer Squash?

I'm very new to gardening and I just discovered that the squash I've been growing had powdery mildew. I'm afraid I let it go for at least a week (maybe two).

Once I found that out, I pulled off all of the leaves that looked like this.

Now, at least, the leaves are mildew-free, but I am afraid they still aren't healthy. Are the light-colored veins sign of a problem or am I just paranoid? Any help is much appreciated.

The silver coloring on the leaves is normal. Some varieties have it, some don't. I think it's lovely!
