Hi everyone. What is the best adhesive you have found to attach paperclay parts to your gourds? I've had trouble with hot glue - sometimes the parts have snapped off. No luck either with silicone glue - too slimey. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!! :)

Try Loctite products. They`re about the best I`ve used. Liquid Nail holds great, but is rather messy to work with.

I use Elmer's Wood glue on my gourds.I would think since the clay is paper that would work fine.I glue stems onto gourds with the Elmers and it holds really tight and dries fairly fast....................Lillie

Thanks to both of you. I was able to go out yesterday and find PaperClay, which I haven't been able to find before now. I've read that it adheres to most any surface when wetted. I'll keep those glues in mind if this doesn't work! Thanks again!

Aleene's Thick Decorator Glue is a good glue to use also.
