Can anyone tell me if it is too late to plant pumpkins (from store bought seeds)? I live in Zone 5, SE Wisconsin. Thanks, Jennie

RE: Too late to plant pumpkins?

I think so. I live in zone 5, my squashes are all well established and growing well. Pumpkins require 80~120 day to fully mature, and need summer heat too.
Although, as a gardener, you can always experience it and share your stories with other follow gardener too. It does not hurt to try if you have a lot of room left in the garden.
