Help with Squash Plant

I have a yellow summer squash in a 10 gal container...used good soil and has good drainage. I have planted this plant about 2 months ago and it is not grown much. I have grown squash before, not in a container. I dont know why it is not growing. Any help thanks.

root bound
lack of fertilizer
temps
watering
soil ph
what is your soil? and give a little more imfo.
