When are my kabocha seedlings ready to go in the garden?

I planted these seeds over a week ago and they have been sprouted for about 5 days. As you can see, the containers are pretty small, so I was wondering if i have to wait to transplant them into the garden bed?

I planted them outdoors, where they have been the whole time, so temperature shouldn't be an issue.

kabocha saved seeds sprouts june 22

i wait till they have there first true leaf but as small as your containers are, might be good to get them in the ground.
