Four for the gourd?!! Four?!!!! Look at it, that's worth ten if it's worth a shekel!!!

I need to watch more movies.......but I believe I saw one in "Second Hand Lions" .... maybe I should watch it again.

Not in a movie, but There is a gourd on the TV show Frazer. It is usually in his bedroom, but it sometimes appears on the shelf by the phone.

This is funny, I see them everywhere too. It seems like any time I go anywhere, I see a gourd somewhere. I guess we all have gourds-on-the-brain. There are a ton of them in Dances With Wolves. :)

Now I've seen Dances With Wolves what feels like a million times and never noticed any! I'm going to have to grab my copy again! I remember thinking once, Stands With A Fist was gathering water in a gourd, but to my disappointment, those turned out to be some kind of animal stomach or bladder.

I'm sure, much to the animal's disappointment as well. :)

I just watched "Hook" with my kids, and towards the end of the movie when all of the lost boys are fighting captain Hook, you get to see LOTS of gourds. All the lost boys are wearing gourds as helmets, shoulder and knee pads, breast plates... It's really cool!
